Resolution No. 1034/2014
of the Warsaw Stock Exchange Management Board
dated 17 September 2014
concerning setting the first trading day for series A and B bearer bonds of the company ZAKŁADY MIĘSNE MYSŁAW S.A. in the alternative trading system on the Catalyst

§ 1
Pursuant to § 7.1 and § 7.5 of the Alternative Trading System Rules, and § 2.1 of the Appendix No. 2 to the Alternative Trading System Rules, the WSE Management Board resolves as follows:
1) to determine 23 September 2014 as the first trading date
in the alternative trading system on the Catalyst the following bearer bonds of the company ZAKŁADY MIĘSNE MYSŁAW S.A.
a par value PLN 100 each:
a) 16.900 series A bonds, coded as “PLZMMM000015” by the National Depository for Securities,
b) 13.700 series B bonds, coded as “PLZMMM000023” by the National Depository for Securities;
2) to list the bearer bonds mentioned in point 1) above in the continuous trading system under the following abbreviated names:
a) “MYS0615” for bonds mentioned in point 1) letter a),
b) “MYS0715” for bonds mentioned in point 1) letter b).
§ 2
This Resolution shall come into force on the date of adoption.
