How to join Catalyst?

Who can be a Catalyst Participant
All entities with CATALYST Participant status are allowed to conduct direct operations of trading in debt instruments on the CATALYST market.
The following categories of entities may become Participants of the debt securities market subject to conditions set out in regulations:- investment firms;
- foreign investment firms;
- credit institutions
- other entities which fulfil the requirements of relevant regulations and give the assurance of proper performance of obligations related to operation on Catalyst.
Entities which want to be admitted to operation on Catalyst are required:- to hold a brokerage licence (if applicable);
- to give the assurance of proper performance of obligations related to operation on Catalyst;
- to have basic organisational and technical resources necessary to support trading in debt financial instruments on Catalyst;
- to submit a written application for admission to operation on Catalyst.

Scope of operation on Catalyst
Admission to operation on Catalyst gives the Participant the right to trade in all debt financial instruments admitted/introduced to Catalyst. A Catalyst Participant may operate on its own account or on clients’ account.

Starting operation on Catalyst
Operation on Catalyst starts upon a written application of a Catalyst Participant subject to the following conditions:
- the Catalyst Participant has basic organisational and technical resources necessary to support trading in debt financial instruments listed on the given Catalyst market;
- the Catalyst Participant has a documented capacity of settlement of transactions concluded on the given market;
- the Catalyst Participant agrees to comply with the provisions of these Rules and other provisions applicable on the given Catalyst market.
