of the Warsaw Stock Exchange

Under § 77a sub-paragraph 2 of the Exhibit 2 to the Alternative Trading System Rules, the Warsaw Stock Exchange announces that following the early redemption of 6I/2024 series bearer bonds (ECH0829) issued by ECHO INVESTMENT S.A. marked with the code “PLO017000129”, the bonds have been delisted on Catalyst.

In connection with the above, starting from 10 August 2026, the Warsaw Stock Exchange will cease publication of information on the listing of these bonds.
