Under § 77a sub-paragraph 2 of the Exhibit 2 to the Alternative Trading System Rules, the Warsaw Stock Exchange announces that following the early redemption of J series bearer bonds (MCM0727) issued by MCI MANAGEMENT sp. z o.o. marked with the code “PLO227700054”, the bonds have been delisted on Catalyst.

In connection with the above, starting from 4 February 2026, the Warsaw Stock Exchange will cease publication of information on the listing of these bonds.
