The Warsaw Stock Exchange hereby notes that the last trading date for E  series (ORL1232) bearer bonds issued by ORLEN S.A., with a nominal value of PLN 100.000  (one hundred thousand zloty) each and the redemption date of 9 December 2032, marked with the code “PLO037100024”, is planned as at 29 November 2032.
