Under § 77a sub-paragraph 2 of the Exhibit 2 to the Alternative Trading System Rules, the Warsaw Stock Exchange hereby notes that in accordance with an early redemption of P2023A series bearer bonds issued by VICTORIA DOM S.A. (VID1226) marked with the code “PLVCTDM00181”, the trading in these bonds in the Alternative Trading System on Catalyst was closed.   

In connection with the above, starting from 22 January 2026, the Warsaw Stock Exchange will cease publication of information on the listing of these bonds.
