Acting pursuant to § 25(2) of Division I of the Detailed Exchange Trading Rules in the UTP System, the Warsaw Stock Exchange hereby notes that in accordance with an early redemption of bearer bonds issued by MIASTO CHEŁM:

• Series T1, S (CHE0936) marked with the code “PLO284100065”
• Series W1 (CHE1033) marked with the code “PLO284100040”
• Series X1 (CHE1134) marked with the code “PLO284100057”
• Series Y1 (CHE1235) marked with the code “PLO284100081”

the bonds have been delisted on Catalyst.

In connection with the above, starting from 13 January 2026, the Warsaw Stock Exchange will cease publication of information on the listing of these bonds.
