Under § 77a sub-paragraph 2 of the Exhibit 2 to the Alternative Trading System Rules, the Warsaw Stock Exchange hereby notes that in accordance with an early redemption of B series bearer bonds issued by INVEST TDJ ESTATE Sp. z o .o. (TDJ1226) marked with the code “PLO362300025”, the trading in these bonds in the Alternative Trading System on Catalyst was closed.   

In connection with the above, starting from 7 January 2026, the Warsaw Stock Exchange will cease publication of information on the listing of these bonds.
