The Warsaw Stock Exchange announces that following an amendment of the Terms of Issuer of series A19 bonds issued by the company GMINA MIASTA SANOKA, marked with the code “PL0033200029”, the redemption date of the bonds has changed from 25 November 2036 to 29 December 2025.

Further to the foregoing, the series A19 bonds previously listed under the abbreviated name SAK1136 will be listed under the abbreviated name SAK1225 as of 18 December 2025.

The planned last day of trading of the bonds is 18 December 2025.

The dates set for the series A19 bonds issued by the company GMINA MIASTA SANOKA, announced in the Communiqué of the Exchange of 14 May 2024, become null and void.
