Acting pursuant to § 25(2) of Division I of the Detailed Exchange Trading Rules in the UTP System, the Warsaw Stock Exchange announces that following the early redemption of C2 series bearer bonds (PCX0925) issued by PCC EXOL S.A. marked with the code “PLPCCEX00077”, the bonds have been delisted on Catalyst.

In connection with the above, starting from 25 September 2025, the Warsaw Stock Exchange will cease publication of information on the listing of these bonds.
